The Aly skirt brings flare and movement to an outfit. The wide self-fabric waistband allows the wearer to adjust the skirt both in length and comfort: draw the band upward high to the natural waist, or flip it over for a finish at the hip. Two side seams and a slightly fuller, round cut mean that the fabric falls in a series of simple vertical folds down front and back. The result - a shorter, full skirt that swings.
